Switch arms. Bang out 5 reps with both arms at once Side lat raises into spider curls: 4x12-15 reps with 4x12-15 Make sure dbs are pointed outwards and you pull with your elbows Side lat raises with more side lat raises: 4x8-10 reps then go into normal side lat raises and do another 10 Overhand forearm curls: 5x12-15 Last set hold for 10 sec at end”
