We utilize a CNC cutting machine to professionally cut our pieces to exact specifications. The completed boards are 23.75x47.75 The frames of our Premium Tailgate board are solid wood with 2 coats of Polyurethane finish. Legs fold up for easy storage. There is also a center brace to help eliminate bag bounce. This set weights 48 lbs. Standard Features Direct Printed Tops - we use state of the art digital printing equipment to professionally apply UV ink direct to the wood surface prior to a clear polyacrylic finish. Frames are Glued and pocket hole attached to the tops for durability. Our frame system includes a center brace to reduce bag bounce and increase stability. Strong foldable legs with rigid cross beam.
