To either side of the waist are workable pockets. Costume dress features white stitching on the bottom hemline and pockets that create contrast to the fabric as well as stitched runs on the back and front to give structure. Included belt is made from felt backed teal blue fabric and has darker teal fabric ties to fasten at the back of the waistline.
