The SSP’s unique hexagonal shape creates a shelf to help lock your foot in place. The pad rotates 360 degrees to provide a fluid movement. This space saving solution is the most simple, convenient, and effective single leg squat pad on the market. The inner diameter of the hexagons are slightly under 2” providing a snug fit on the barbell yet easy to slide on and off.
