The HOT FLOW class is loosely based around the flowing poses of the Ashtanga Primary Series. We begin with a connecting Tai Chi breath before moving into progressive Sun Salutations to build heat within. Once we have warmed up, the Standing Series consists of a fluid sequence where we hold postures for three deep breaths before moving on to the next. In the following floor series, there are five breaths in each pose and optional vinyasas in-between. Finally we finish with progressive back bends and gentle postures to ground you before our ending relaxation. Enjoy in a warm room!
