FIT & STRONG SENIORS Announcing the launch our newest program, Fit & Strong, at Eudora Parks and Recreation!Fit & Strong is designed for adults seeking to stay physically active, especially those facing lower-extremity pain or mobility challenges. In each session, participants will engage in a variety of activities, including stretching and flexibility exercises, aerobics, lower body strength training, and informative discussions on healthy habits. Throughout the program, participants will monitor their progress, leaving with the tools and strategies needed for a more mobile, healthy, and happy lifestyle.
