JOIN FIT30 Now it´s the time to improve your health and physique training only 30 minutes, 4 times per week FIT30 BEGINNERS is an Online Training Program designed for those who want to start training with dumbbells, and for those who have limited time to exercise. Exercise helps us to be healthy, to prevent diseases and injuries. Resistance training helps us to build muscle mass and to increase your strength. We will be training together in FIT30 Beginners, and classes are designed to be done at home in 30 minutes! And you can do live classes or recorded. The only equipment you will need is a pair of light dumbbells, mini bands and a yoga mat.
